Meeting of the Minds Workshop
Emergenetics is rooted in the concept that who you are today is the emergence of your behavior, genetic makeup and life experiences. Emergenetics provides a clear way to understand this intersection of nature and nurture through the Emergenetics Profile, built on four Thinking Attributes and three Behavioral Attributes that every person exhibits.
In this workshop, you will use the information from your personal profile to gain insight into how your thinking and behavioral preferences influence your current approach to leadership. You will develop a greater understanding of the full range of preferences and learn effective strategies that help you lead diverse teams.
Before attending the workshop, participants will complete the Emergenetics Assessment (30 min). The workshop will look into the results of the assessment and answer questions such as:
Who am I as a leader?
How do I leverage my unique assets to be a more effective leader?
How do I use an understanding of myself and others to be a more effective leader?
How do I use an understanding of myself and others to build a more positive, productive culture?
Participants will appreciate a greater awareness in 5 key areas:
Understanding self and others
Communicating more effectively
Understanding others' perception of you
Making better decisions
Valuing your gifts
