Advanced Leadership for Systems Change

CSL offers an advanced level development program for experienced school leaders who are interested in creating systemic change in schools and districts.  
The ideal candidate is a leader who has a deep and long-term commitment to transforming schools in innovative ways and is invested in the development of learner-centered schools where all children achieve and thrive.  
We are looking for interested leaders that share the following characteristics:



  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a school-based role.  

  • Demonstrated track record of success leading professional development that improves outcomes for students.

Baseline Skills, Tools and Habits

  • Demonstrates effective meeting facilitation and communication with all stakeholder groups.  

  • Proficient with state and district level school improvement planning.

  • Proficient with observation and evaluation processes.

  • Demonstrates time and project management skills.​
